About Nichole

Welcome to my table...please sit where you feel most comfortable. I am so glad you made it here. I love spending time in our spacious kitchen (in fact, the living room is rarely used in our home), and if you don't already, I'd love to show you a way to love it, too.

Through seeking pleasure connected to nourishment, I have found my love for & in the kitchen - ever a sensory mix of sensuality and alchemy - and most days you can find me concocting there. The kitchen is such a perfect place to nurture our bodies, lives, and our communities, and sometimes we just need an infusion of creativity to make time spent cooking and baking more satisfying. Menu Boards can definitely be the perfect ingredient.

I am also very passionate about legacy and connecting people over food. I heard something mentioned on one of the many NPR shows I listen to along the lines of not being able to hate someone you've had dinner with, and I really resonated with that idea. So, through Long Table Workshops, I aim to connect multicultural women over food. You are so welcome to be a part of that mission.

I hope you'll stay a while...take in the site, check out the blog...and find the seduction in food that pulls you into your kitchen and helps to nourish you and those you love. Food is a language of Love - and it is a language I adore.

It is not enough to know the past of the people you interpret. You must know your own past.
